Tea recipe with mint and oak bark:

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon dried mint (or a few fresh mint sprigs)
1 teaspoon oak bark
500 ml of water
Honey or sugar to taste (optional)
Lemon slices (optional)

Instructions:

Heat the water in the kettle to a boil.
Put mint and oak bark in a teapot or in a teacup.
Pour hot water and let the tea brew for 5-7 minutes. The brewing time can be adjusted depending on the preferences for the strength of the tea.
