Tea recipe with mint and oak bark:


1 teaspoon dried mint (or a few fresh mint sprigs)
1 teaspoon oak bark
500 ml of water
Honey or sugar to taste (optional)
Lemon slices (optional)


Heat the water in the kettle to a boil.
Put mint and oak bark in a teapot or in a teacup.
Pour hot water and let the tea brew for 5-7 minutes. The brewing time can be adjusted depending on the preferences for the strength of the tea.
If you use oak bark, let it brew well in tea.
Sweeten the tea with honey or sugar to taste.
If you want, add lemon slices for freshness.
Strain the tea to remove the hard parts (mint and oak bark), if you do not use a strainer for brewing.
